ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO VISIT?
Yes. Villamartin Hills is a haven of peace and tranquillity where residents can enjoy a stress free life. With this in mind, certain areas have been set aside where families can spend time together, without disturbing other residents. There are also rental apartments available in the immediate area surrounding Villamartin Hills, at excellent prices, where your family can stay.

CAN I BRING MY PET WITH ME?
Yes. If you have a beloved pet, you won’t need to be separated from them. Small animals such as cats, small dogs and birds are allowed, providing they do not disturb other residents or break the regulations of the complex.

CAN I HAVE GUESTS TO STAY?
All the apartments have two bedrooms, so you will have plenty of space to invite friends to stay. There will also be a guest suite in the complex which you will be able to book for your guests. As previously stated, there are also apartments within easy walking distance of the complex available for rental.

ARE THE APARTMENTS FURNISHED?
White goods such as fridge-freezers, washing machines and ovens are included in the price. Apart from that, the apartments are unfurnished, allowing you to bring your own possessions with you. Arrangements can be made for moving your possessions from your old home to your apartment in Villamartin Hills. If you prefer, however, a furniture pack can be arranged for you.

CAN I CHOOSE THE TILES AND PAINT COLOURS?
Yes. If you buy off-plan (i.e. prior to completion), you will be able to choose the tiles you want from a top quality selection. You can also have your walls painted in the colours of your choice.

CAN I CHANGE THE INTERIOR LAYOUT?
If you buy the property off-plan, certain changes can be made, for example if you would like an extra bathroom or a larger bedroom. There may be an additional cost for this depending on what changes you require and how much work is involved.
