Villamartin Hills – Nurse’s warden assisted center Over 55

Villamartin Hills is a totally new concept in Retirement Accommodation and Retirement Living for the Over 55's. The complex consists of 68 luxury apartments arranged on two levels. Each apartment is fully air conditioned and has under floor heating. Constructed to the highest standards, each apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. The large bathroom can be fully equipped for the less able, with a walk in shower and grab rails if required. The whole complex has ramps and lifts for the disabled people to access easily. The apartments are set in beautifully landscaped gardens and a gardener will ensure that they remain that way. There are a wealth of other facilties on site as well, such as a covered, climate controlled swimming pool, a Wellness Centre, a library and a cinema.

Doctors will provide regular services and staff will provide the nursing care that is required. There will be an ambulance permanently on the site. Should a resident require regular care such as a daily injection or dressing even that can be arranged.

Each apartment will have panic buttons installed. There will be one in the bath room, one by the front door and if wished for one will be given, to be worn either as a bracelet or as a pendant.

Security is an important aspect. Villamartin Hills is enclosed and will have 24 hour security guards. There will be CCTV cameras in operation and the entrance to the complex will be security controlled.

Each resident will have a wall panel which will buzz when they have a visitor. The resident will be able to view the visitor on their television screen before allowing them inside. In fact, Villamartin Hills provides for all your needs while still allowing you to live independently.
