The purchase of a life long lease means that there is no IVA (VAT) to pay. There are no solicitor's or registrar's fees and the notary fees for signing all the necessary documents will be paid by Villamartin Hills.S.L

There is no community fee or rates to pay. This is included in the 250 euros monthly fee.
